Questions we ask, answers we get

There are always similar questions in the minds of most youths today including myself .



These questions has to do with relationships and friendships.



We do ask, "should I actually get intimate with him?"

"should I actually tell her how I feel about her?'

"what if my parents get to find out about him"

"should I remain single?'

"is dating as a younger youth bad?"

"do I really need a companion?"



We may not actually have the answers to these questions but at least we have basic knowledge that God is aware of our how we feel and he has the answers to these questions.



The bible may not have literally pointed out the answers to these questions but the bible tells us not to conform to the world rather we should be transformed by the renewal of the mind so as to prove that which is the holy, acceptable and perfect will of God.



Honestly speaking, when we check the dictionary meaning of some of these words concerned with relationships we might get a bit more confused.

But whatever relationship or friendship we are in, try to put God first, avoid sentiments and unfaithfulness.



The truth is that relationships do not really give joy and satisfaction as we pose them to . True joy and satisfaction comes from God alone. No wonder some people do have numerous ex boyfriends, girlfriends etc yet they've not found the joy and satisfaction they are looking for.



Am not urging us to enter into relationships neither am I telling us to breach the ones we are already into.



But when we say our prayers , we should in our prayers open up to God in every nook and craning of our lives including in our relationships and friendships. The devil can still counter on faulty relationships.



Every relationship should be edifying and uplifting to the glory of God.



Finally, the best relationship to have is with God.

Jesus Christ has died for us, he needs our hearts for his grace, love and power to be perfected in our lives.
