*DAILY DEW 25/JULY/2023* *WARNINGS* _Key Bible Text:_ *"By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith."* (Hebrews 11:7 (KJV)) _Bible Insight:_ Be warned! Promises, blessings and positive confessions, prayers of blessings and prayers against enemies are usually the focus. Unconsciously we don't take anything else as seriously as we take the above mentioned. However, we must be reminded that God has got a whole lot of warnings for his people too. Be warned. The Bible is also a book of warnings. We may have trained our mind to focus less on warnings in the scripture but that is not healthy for our growth and spiritual security in God. Be warned. God does not only bless or promise blessings, He also warns and rebukes us. Those who take God's blessings and promises to heart while taking God's warnings for granted will surely make a disaster of their lives and spiritual journey in the end. Be warned. Retrain your mind to spot,identify, dissect and internalize God's warnings. Be warned. Begin to associate God's warnings as something positive, useful and life-saving. Stop treating or perceiving godly warnings as harsh, too serious, or too petty or unnecessary. Be warned. If Noah had treated God's warning unseriously He would never have become a hero of faith. Faithful people take God's warnings seriously.
