(The Message) Proverbs 11:23 What good people want always results in good; when the wicked get what they want, everyone is angry. (GNB) Proverbs 11:23 The desire of the upright man is only for good, but wrath is waiting for the evil-doer. (BBE) Proverbs 11:23 Good people want what is best, but troublemakers hope to stir up trouble. (CEV) ..... Imagine a table, with "Righteous" & "Wicked" on each side of the divide. Under the righteous column you are going go have good works like kindness, love, mercy, patience, diligence, prayerfulness etc Under the wicked column, you are going to have things like, anger, hatred, envy, jealousy, backbiting, evil desires, etc When you see the wicked, their works will show it. It does not end well in the end.
