Jealousy can cause people to become evil & covet things they do not have. Those whose eyes are always on what they do not have easily yield to evil thoughts. Don't be covetous. The righteous on the other hand will bear fruits. They are well rooted. This shows they have deep understanding of what they are doing and should be doing. Roots grow with time. The righteous are not in a hurry. The righteous are not in hurry to get to the top, they are in a hurry to follow through the process that leads to the top. Righteousness pays attention to the roots of things. The righteous are not first after fruits as they understand that it takes deep roots to bear good fruits. Be rooted. Be solid. Be authentic.
