These days, honesty is not cheap and it is not easy. The truth is becoming not only scarce but dangerous or costly. It can cost you your job if for instance, compromise has become the norm. But God's righteous demands has not and will never change. Only those who think God is a joke will undermine the necessity of honesty in God's kingdom. One of the reasons we must endure hardness as good soldiers of Christ is because we are not expected to hide from the truth or replace the truth with half truths even in the name of being diplomatic. While this message maybe relatively easy to share, living by its disctates is not.
