Life lesson from a glass of water. Imagine you're holding a glass of water, if u hold it for a minute it's not a problem. If you hold it an hour u'll have an ache in your arm. If you hold it for a day ur arm will feel Numb and paralyzed. The weight of the glass doesn't change, but the longer u hold it, the heavier it becomes. The stresses and worries in life are like that glass of water. Think about them a while and nothing happens. Think about them a bit longer and they begin to hurt. Think about them all day long and u will feel paralyzed-incapable of doing anything.. As early as you can put the glass down the quicker u are free from mental stress..
