They rule over foolish. The fool. He serves the wise. That's easy to say. But who is wise and how are they to be identified? A lot of things can show a wise person. A wise person when rebuked, takes correction, amends their ways and gets better. A foolish person hates to be corrected. They stubbornly remain unchanged and undisturbed even when their lives aren't going right. But another way to know a wise person is that, they are bent on getting it right in life with God and helping others get it right with God. A wise person fears and seeks to know the Lord more. A wise person also seeks to make the Lord known.
